I like that you created the term “one last check.” I’m taking a calm.com class in breaking bad habits right now, and they talk about first becoming aware of your actions. When you name something, you can be aware of it, and then you can start to let it go. I’m definitely guilty of the one last check, so thanks for creating that term.
