I sleep with my phone under my sheets in order to track my movements and sleep quality through the Sleep Cycle app. So yes, it is very close to my head, though inaccessible through the bedsheet. I’ve considered getting the old fashioned alarm clock but I do value tracking my sleep patterns too. Right now, I’m averaging 8 hours and 4 minutes of sleep a night. It may seem odd, but right now I’m OK with the system.
