I still spend a lot of time on Facebook and Twitter. But I found that putting more mindful apps like Medium, Pocket and Calm on my homescreen has helped. It feels like it has changed my behavior to be a little more thoughtful when I reach for my phone. Hope it helps you too, Lisa!
