The old-fashioned way

Reading Revenge of Analog has me wondering:

What are some analogue activities that you continue to do despite digital alternatives becoming the norm?

(e.g. using a paper checkbook, paying bills by mail, listening to vinyl records, getting physical photos developed, having a landline, etc)

For me, I like washing dishes by hand. I find it meditative and I like to see the incremental progress of the dirty dishes move from the sink to the drying rack.

But I still wash the bulk of our dishes with the washing machine. I don’t think analog vs. digital has to be an either/or proposition.
