The Power of Habit

Charles Duhigg’s The Power of Habit is a good book to start a new year. It shows the psychological, neurological and sociological reasons why habits and routines control so much of what we do on a daily basis.
The good news is once we’re aware of this, we can critically examine our habitual actions and work to change or reinforce them with other habits.
So rather than creating a resolution, you can now get started on a small but powerful keystone habit.
