This is the best article I’ve read on meditation. For me, the consistency has been key even (or especially) when I feel like I’m doing it wrong. Now I’m on day 53 and I can honestly say it’s been life changing. I started with one minute and I’m up to 15. I feel like I’m just getting started on this journey and that I have a lot to learn. That’s the best feeling of all.
